At Monos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and protective liners are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse team has processed your return and issued your refund.
